Hospitality Computer Systems was founded in 1984 specifically to market Reservation Systems in Australia and New Zealand.

Hospitality Computer Systems' head office is located in Emu Park, Queensland.

Key Personnel

Mark Payne

Mark Payne is a director and our General Manager who started with Hospitality Computer Systems in 1995. Mark has had considerable experience in retail and the computer industries.

Mark is responsible for Administration, Installation, Training and On-line Demonstrations.

Ben Scott

Ben Scott is our Technical Support Manager. He is experienced in many computer-related fields, including hardware, networking, database design and administration, programming, and web and graphic design. He has a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, majoring in Software Engineering, and is currently studying for his MCSD.NET certification. He also plays guitar and enjoys sushi.

Ben is responsible for the Helpdesk, Report Writing, Installation and Systems Administration.

Sue Payne

Sue Payne is a director, our Office Administrator, and a ROS2000 Trainer. Sue is generally your first point of contact and will put you through to who you need.

Sue is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, accounts, shipping and marketing, as well as creating customer profiles and providing first-level support. Sue is also the primary trainer for new users of ROS2000.

Rob Leishman

Robert Leishman is our Sales and Marketing manager. He is experienced in sales, building and construction and has also worked in the rural sector. Currently he is doing a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Communications, Media Studies and Business (Human Resources).

Robert is responsible for Sales and Marketing, Installations, Training and On-line Demonstrations.
